Cancer Patient Support Fund
Reducing Financial Burden for Cancer Patients

  • The Cancer Patient Support Fund was created in 2009 in recognition of the financial burden cancer treatment has on patients and their families.
  • The Fund is supported exclusively through philanthropy and community support, and is the most heavily accessed Fund at LG Health.
  • The Gingham Gala is the largest source of gifts for the Fund.
  • The Fund has awarded $660,836 in funding to close to 2,000 patients since 2009.
